Tamarac Lakes South is a community of single family homes.

 Rentals are restricted and capped at 10%. Rentals MUST be approved by the Board.

Any rentals without prior approval  will lead to mandatory eviction  by our association attorney's with property owner paying all attorney's fee's and cost.

POOL CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

We have signed the contract for pool repairs. Materials havebeen ordered.

The pool will be closed until further notice as construction begin. Its is estimated to be 5 weeks. We are excited with the much needed upgrades will be started including electrical, lights, fence, pavers. As you are aware its have been MANY years since any major updates have been done at the pool. The pool will not be opened and closed for use during or in between projects ans remains closed as  construction site, only to be opened at final completion/county and city inspection. Timeline will all depend on permits, inspections, contractors etc. As you know with construction there are many moving parts. Typically you can expect "downtime"/delays issues along the way. Rest assured they are being addressed.  

We will let you know if anything changes or extension is needed. Thank you for your patience while this exciting update takes place.

Are you having ANY work done at your

home? If so contact the HOA to discuss 

the approval process as required under our By-Laws before any work is done.

Contractors must complete an

Architectural Application (login and click here)

AND apply for a Permit

from the City of Tamarac.

Work completed prior to approval is subject to rule violation fines by the association. 

Sec. 14-26. - Parking restrictions—Public rights-of-way.
 

a)There shall be no vehicular parking in the paved portions of the dedicated public right-of-way areas within the limits of the city during the hours between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except those vehicles commonly designated as emergency vehicles. This prohibition shall apply seven (7) days a week

Commercial Vehicles in Community neighborhoods

Restrictions in residential zoned districts. Except as hereinafter provided, no owner or person having the use of a commercial vehicle, or recreational vehicle or a boat or boat trailer shall park such vehicle or boat or boat trailer for any period of time on either a public right-of-way or privately owned property in a residential zoned district as now defined or as may be defined in the future or in a clubhouse district as now defined or as may be defined in the future between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m
